As a Dispatch Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor incoming information, document activity, and support timely responses to security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $20.59 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 05:30 PM - 05:30 AM Thur 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate within an aerospace and defense business environment. * Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and electronic communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and document incidents, service requests, and critical situations accurately. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely information to site contacts, responders, and Allied Universal leadership. * Maintain dispatch logs, visitor and delivery records, billing-related documentation, and other required reports in accordance with site procedures. * Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting security-related concerns, equipment issues, and unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: * Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance. * CPR certification is preferred. * A guard card or license is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
