GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Dispatcher -Security Officer!
Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Flex Dispatcher post?

As a Dispatch Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Site Location: Blue Springs, Mississippi
  • Set schedule: Must be available to work 1st 2nd 3rd Weekend and Holiday. To cover for call offs.
  • Competitive hourly wage of $ 19.38 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
  • Must have a valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must have prior Emergency Dispatch experience - minimum 6 months
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
