Stock & Operations Associate
The parttime Stock & Operations Associate is responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of inventory operations, including shipping and receiving, stock organization, product flow, and loss prevention, while maintaining an elevated standard of accuracy and presentation within the Miami store.
This role partners closely with store management to ensure smooth inventory movement, compliance with company policies, and readiness to support sales and client fulfillment needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Process all shipping and receiving operations accurately and efficiently, flagging any discrepancies or overages to management.
  • Maintain orderly, clean, and secure stockrooms; organize inventory to promote accessibility and selling.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed, tagged to prevent loss.
  • Prepare and manage client shipments, product transfers, and RTVs in alignment with company standards.
  • Partner with central distribution and corporate inventory control to reconcile transfers, damages, and variances.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and support quarterly inventories, maintaining accurate stock levels in Shopify.
  • Support the compliance of receiving practices with company policies, including safekeeping of property, record-keeping, and security standards.
  • Assist with floor moves, price changes, visual updates, and store upkeep as needed.
  • Identify process opportunities to improve efficiency and communicate suggestions to management.
  • Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay current with operational updates.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration and teamwork.

Required Skills/Abilities and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail stock, shipping, or operations preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling of merchandise.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Office, Mac, or similar POS systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and dependable demeanor with strong team orientation.
  • Must be available to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
