Operations Assistant [2624]

The Association seeks a temporary, part-time Operations Assistant to work approximately 20-30 hours per week. This role performs administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and assist with financial management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Create important documents and materials, such as reports, memos, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and records within SharePoint.
  • Draft and edit routine correspondence.
  • Assist with the member support process by updating directories and contact databases.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and annual meetings.
  • Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently.
  • Effectively priorities work and meets deadlines.
  • Highly organized and task-oriented.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and QuickBooks.
