Job Description
  • Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running
  • Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper
  • Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation
  • Recycle old/discarded plates
  • Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation
  • Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates

Hours: Monday - Friday 3pm to 11pm
Shift Premium: $2 per hour
Sign on Bonus: $1000
Qualifications
  • Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training
  • Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance
  • Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms

Additional Information
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.56 to $23.76 hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
