Job description

Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) - $4K Sign on Bonus
HealthCare Support is seeking a Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout the Boston community. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to transition away from bedside care into a more autonomous, patient-focused role centered around respiratory equipment setup, education, and ongoing clinical support.
This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is open to clinicians from hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health backgrounds - prior experience in respiratory DME is not required.
Compensation:
  • Base Pay of $45/hr - $50/hr (DOE)
  • $4K Sign on Bonus
  • Quarterly Bonus up to $1,000 per quarter ($4,000 annually) based on performance and eligibility criteria
  • Mileage reimbursement
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Active and unencumbered state licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP)
