Job description

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000 + performance bonus

Department: Media Buying & Growth

About DREAMLABS

We are an operator-led growth agency built by founders for founders. Weโ€™ve scaled brands like SKYLRK by Justin Bieber, Cirkul, Gymreapers, and Kenny Flowers, and we bring that same entrepreneurial mindset to every client engagement. We focus on profitable growth, creative velocity, and data-driven optimization across paid media ecosystems.

Role Overview

  • Weโ€™re seeking a Senior Media Buyer with deep experience planning, executing, and scaling performance campaigns especially on Meta/Facebook.
  • This role will lead high-stakes accounts managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend and must have personally overseen $20M+ in cumulative Facebook ad spend across multiple brands and funnels.
  • This is not a junior role. Youโ€™ll be a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, owning campaign architecture, creative testing frameworks, client relationship, and scaling performance at enterprise pace.
  • Working with another elite agency is highly valued and will accelerate your impact here.

Requirements

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own end-to-end media buying for DREAMLABS clients, especially paid social (Meta / Facebook / Google).
  • Manage and scale campaigns with monthly spend of $1M+ with discipline and performance focus.
  • Build and maintain advanced testing frameworks
  • Collaborate tightly with creative, data, and growth teams to maximize performance.
  • Track performance using first-party data, attribution tools, and dashboards (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, GA4).
  • Provide actionable insights across ROAS, MER, CAC, Audience cohorts, and lifetime value signals.
  • Communicate strategy, pacing, and optimization recommendations clearly to internal teams and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Mentor and elevate junior and mid-level media buyers.
  • Serve as a strategic escalation point on complex performance challenges.

Who You Are

  • Proven Experience: Youโ€™ve personally managed $20M+ in Facebook ad spend and have a track record scaling accounts profitably.
  • High-Spend Comfort: Youโ€™ve managed accounts spending $1M+ per month, and thrive optimizing at scale.
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Deep experience with performance marketing principles and ecommerce DTC client realities.
  • Strategic & Analytical: You think beyond the dashboard โ€” you build playbooks that improve performance over time (not just tweak settings).
  • Creative Partner: You understand the role creative plays in performance and can provide strategic feedback that improves outcomes.
  • Autonomous & Ownership-Driven: You take ownership of outcomes, bring ideas first, and execute with precision in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can translate data into actionable recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar tracking and attribution tools.
  • Experience with TikTok, Google Ads, or CTV at scale.
  • Worked at performance-driven agencies (e.g., Common Thread Collective, Mutesix, Hawke Media, etc).
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel attribution, blended metrics, and incremental lift testing.

Benefits

Why DREAMLABS

  • Work with founders who built and scaled their own brands to 8 & 9 figures.
  • High-impact clients across high-growth ecommerce brands.
  • Autonomy to build and own strategic performance playbooks.
  • Competitive compensation + bonus structures tied to performance with room for scale.
