Job description

Experienced cardiovascular operating room registered nurses are needed for a contract opportunity providing high-quality care in a dynamic surgical environment. The ideal candidate excels under pressure and brings strong clinical skills to each procedure, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated surgical team to promote safety and efficiency throughout every stage of care.
Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, rotating shifts based on procedural needs
Qualifications:
  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
  • Proven ability to circulate and/or scrub for cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during cardiovascular operations, maintaining sterile environments
  • Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, responding rapidly to changes
