Operating Partner - Bodenvy Med Spa

Bodenvy Corporate

Summit, NJ โ€ข On-site

$100K - $150K/yr

Full-time

Posted 29 days ago

Job description

Benefits:
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Competitive salary
  • Employee discounts

Bodenvy is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Operating Partner to lead and grow our newly built-out, high-end med spa location in Summit, New Jersey.ย
This is a rare opportunity for a proven sales leader and operator who knows how to lead a team, hit revenue goals, manage KPIs, and run a P&L. Background can be retail, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, or another high-volume sales environment. Med spa or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement.ย
The Summit location is highly attractive, professionally designed, and already built out. We are looking for the right partner to bring leadership, local market energy, team accountability, sales discipline, and day-to-day operational excellence.ย

About the Opportunity
ย
This is not a traditional employee management role. It is an operating partner opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in running the business and building long-term value.ย
The selected candidate will make a minimum financial equity investment of $100,000. This investment is modest relative to the full cost of building out and launching a premium med spa location. The Operating Partner will primarily contribute through sweat equity by actively managing, growing, and leading the spa.ย
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong sales leadership, business operations experience, and industry passion who wants ownership upside in the med spa space but may not currently be in a position to personally invest the seven figures typically required to launch a high-end med spa independently.ย

What You Will Do
ย
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Summit spa teamย
  • Drive revenue, consultations, client conversion, retention, and recurring businessย
  • Own KPIs, scheduling, close rates, conversion, retention, and P&L performanceย
  • Create a premium client experience from first contact through treatment follow-upย
  • Oversee front desk, provider, consultation, and client service workflowsย
  • Support local marketing, community outreach, events, and referral partnershipsย
  • Monitor schedules, payroll efficiency, consultations, client outcomes, and revenue goalsย
  • Maintain Bodenvy brand standards, culture, accountability, and service expectationsย
  • Act like an owner, not just a managerย

Ideal Candidate
ย
  • A proven sales leader who has managed a team and consistently hit revenue goalsย
  • Background can be retail, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, or any high-volume sales environmentย
  • Strong closer with the ability to sell, coach others to sell, and hold a team accountableย
  • Comfortable owning KPIs, scheduling, conversion, client retention, revenue targets, and P&L performanceย
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, high-accountability mindsetย
  • High emotional intelligence, strong client service instincts, and a polished professional presenceย
  • Med spa or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirementย
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, client transformation, and premium serviceย

Requirements
ย
  • Proven track record leading sales and managing a team to hit targetsย
  • Strong closing ability and sales coaching skillsย
  • Comfortable owning KPIs, scheduling, conversion, retention, and P&L performanceย
  • Access to a minimum of $100,000 in available capital; if you do not have access to at least $100,000, please do not applyย
  • Able to operate in or near Summit, NJ; candidates must live within approximately 45 minutes of the spa or self-fund relocationย
  • Willing to contribute significant sweat equity by actively operating and growing the businessย

Investment Requirement
ย
Candidates must have access to a minimum of $100,000 for their equity investment. If you do not have access to at least $100,000, please do not apply.ย
The $100,000 minimum investment is modest relative to the full cost of building out and launching a premium med spa location. The larger contribution from the Operating Partner will be sweat equity: actively operating the spa, building the team, driving revenue, and growing the business.ย
Specific investment, ownership, compensation, and upside details will be discussed confidentially with qualified candidates.ย

Location Requirement
ย
Candidates must currently live within approximately 45 minutes of Summit, NJ, or be willing to relocate at their own expense.ย
Relocation is acceptable, but relocation costs will not be funded by Bodenvy.ย

Why This Is a Unique Opportunity
ย
Opening a high-end med spa can require a seven-figure investment, significant build-out costs, equipment, hiring, branding, systems, and operational infrastructure.ย
This opportunity allows the right candidate to step into a newly built-out, attractive Bodenvy location with the ability to operate, grow, and share in the upside of the business through a partnership structure.ย
For someone with the right sales leadership, work ethic, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial drive, this is a chance to move from manager or sales leader to true business operator and equity partner.
Bodenvy is looking for a hands-on leader who is ready to build something meaningful, take ownership, and grow with the brand.ย
