Location: Hiring for Clovis, NM; Hobbs, NM; Taos, NM; Carlsbad, NM, and Alamogordo, NM

Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment
Oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to hit performance goals
Track sales and expenses to drive profitability
Recognize and reward your team's successes
What We're Looking For
3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (GM, AGM, or similar)
Proven ability to hire, coach, and grow strong teams
Hands-on leader who can run a busy, fast-paced operation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Food Safety Certification (or willingness to get one
Valid driver's license
