How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Unit Operations: Oversee all nursing activities, workflows, and resource allocation while actively identifying and resolving issues to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Staff Leadership: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation, while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Compliance and Budgeting: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory/accreditation standards and manage departmental finances by monitoring budgets and approving expenditures to ensure fiscal compliance.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
