Job description

Position Summary
Our mission is to inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. The Regional Manager assumes full responsibility for their assigned location’s abilities to operate profitably while maintaining the preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission, and values. The Regional Manager also maintains connections with the team members at all governing locations. The Regional Manager spends time at the stand level to ensure operations are meeting all company expectations and goals, in this position reports directly to the C-suite.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be proficient in all Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager duties and skill set
• Educate and empower Managers to identify growth areas in stand operations and realize consistent improvement over time
• Provide regular feedback and support to team members
• Regularly work in the stands to maintain a connection to daily operations and stay relatable to frontline crew members
• Empower Managers to maintain a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines
• Work with the stands to monitor and maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment
• Hold the management team accountable for adherence to applicable maintenance schedules, inspections, procedures, and government regulations
• Develop new leaders
• Implement and communicate directives from upper management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights
• Be consistently present in the stands to coach, observe, train, and provide support to team members and be familiar with daily operations
• Work weekends and be available to work holidays, if necessary
• Be available by phone or in-person to promptly address any needs at the stands
• Be an effective and efficient Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager
• Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
• Work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Be able to stand comfortably for hours at a time
• Be able to climb a ladder and use a stepladder
• Be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
• Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
• Safely use a utility knife
• Operate any position in the stand during peak hours
• Maintain awareness of the shift’s operations while working a position
• Be able to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with team members
• Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
• Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Communicate effectively with all stand-level and upper-management team members
• Be able to operate at maximum operating capacity
• Be able to maintain all operating equipment
• Be able to explain PnL data to management
• Demonstrate thorough proficiency in all available reporting and analytics tools
• Adjust expectations and coaching methods to meet management needs and capability level.
