Job description

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000 / Year, DOE + Commission
This is a field sales role for someone who would rather own a territory than sit behind a desk. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across the convenience store market, developing relationships with independent operators and multi-location accounts while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. You'll spend your time in the market identifying high-value opportunities, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, negotiating revenue-share agreements and building a pipeline that compounds over time. The ideal candidate is a self-directed hunter with convenience store industry experience, strong technology skills and the discipline to successfully manage a large territory. You should be energized by travel, comfortable operating independently, and motivated by the opportunity to directly influence your earnings and the growth of an expanding sales organization
Responsibilities
  • Own and develop an assigned territory through consistent prospecting, relationship building, and face-to-face sales activity
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with independent convenience store owners and multi-location operators
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and in-person meetings through negotiation, contract execution and ongoing follow-up
  • Build and maintain a strategic pipeline by tracking competitor contracts, renewal dates and future conversion opportunities
  • Use CRM, mapping and territory-planning technology to prioritize markets, organize travel and maintain accurate sales activity
  • Develop relationships with larger convenience store chains to create high-value, multi-location sales opportunities
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory, including regular overnight travel, to meet customers where business happens

Requirements
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience with direct experience in the convenience store industry
  • Proven hunter mentality with the ability to independently prospect, develop relationships, and close new business
  • Strong CRM experience with the ability to manage an active pipeline and maintain disciplined follow-up
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence adopting technology, mapping platforms and AI-powered sales tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including approximately three overnight stays per week depending on territory needs
  • Strong organization, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities tied to contract value, revenue performance and contract length
  • Commission opportunities on both initial contracts and renewals
  • $500 monthly car allowance to support field travel
  • Company credit card with approximately $3,000 per month available for approved business and travel expenses
  • Significant earning potential as you build and expand your territory

If you're a proven sales hunter who knows the convenience store market, thrives on the road, and wants the freedom to build a territory without layers of corporate red tape, apply today and turn your relationships into real growth.
