Job description

Overview

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to help scale our growth in the multifamily space.

This is a high-impact role for a seller who has owned deals end-to-end and is ready to step into more strategic, consultative sales—working directly with operators managing thousands of units.

You won’t just sell a product—you’ll help clients recover revenue, improve NOI, and streamline operations at scale.

This role is designed, with direct exposure to Sales Leadership, deal strategy, and complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

What You’ll Do

Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities through outbound, inbound, referrals, and events
  • Build and manage a pipeline aligned to quota targets
  • Lead structured discovery to uncover operational and financial pain points
  • Position solutions tied to revenue recovery, billing accuracy, and efficiency
  • Run demos and presentations (with leadership support when needed)
  • Manage proposals, pricing, negotiation, and close

Develop Strategic Selling Skills

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups (operations, finance, asset management)
  • Apply a structured sales methodology and qualification framework
  • Partner with leadership on deal strategy and progression
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner with Client Success, Onboarding, and Operations for smooth onboarding
  • Set clear expectations with customers throughout the sales process
  • Ensure strong internal communication and follow-through
What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to run full-cycle deals
  • Experience selling SaaS, services, or operational solutions
  • Experience selling into multifamily, PropTech, or operational buyers is a strong plus

Attributes

  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow into enterprise-level sales
  • Highly organized and accountable
  • Comfortable learning complex solutions and business models
  • Competitive, driven, and professional
Why This Role
  • Direct access to Sales Leadership and deal strategy
  • Opportunity to solve meaningful, high-value business problems
  • Work with customers managing large, complex portfolios
  • Join a scaling organization with strong market opportunity
Compensation

OTE: $115K–$200K+ (uncapped), depending on experience
