No Weekends, no call, no holidays!

Mayfield Spine Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment.

Operating Room Manager at Mayfield Spine Surgery Center

The primary responsibilities of this position include the direction of nursing care and all related activities which result in patient and physician satisfaction, coordinating the availability of all equipment needs according to physician requests, providing for maintenance of adequate drugs and supplies, education and supervision of personnel, and environmental control.

Position Duties

  • Supervises and directs nursing care given to patients within the department, according to nursing principles.
  • Provides optimal qualified personnel for the Operating Room
  • Assists in the provision and control of supplies and equipment needed for optimal operation.
  • Promotes educational opportunities and staff development.
  • Maintains a safe environment for patients and personnel.
  • Assists with administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Current state licensure required
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Two years of operating room nursing experience preferred
