Job Description Non-Operative Sports Medicine CAQSM Fellowship | Independent Physician-Owned Group | Utah County, Utah The Opportunity Founding sports medicine physician within a new orthopedic section at Utah's largest independent, physician-owned multispecialty group. This role is the primary referral source into the section's three surgical pillars, with the fastest ramp to productivity and deep ties to Utah County's sports ecosystem. BYU, Utah Valley University, and dozens of high school programs represent long-term team physician opportunities.

Year-round MSK volume from skiing, mountain biking, trail running, climbing, and pickleball. Compensation is designed to accelerate well beyond the Year 1 guarantee. A 12-month partnership track unlocks ancillary income streams, ownership participation, and uncapped production - substantially increasing total compensation at partnership.
