Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Pay Rate: $20-24

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator Assistant where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be tasked with resolving issues promptly and providing innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency. Your role will also include loading and unloading equipment and materials, performing routine preventative maintenance, logging and recording equipment readings and procedures, inspecting output for quality and defects, and packaging materials.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, temperature-controlled machine shop near a clean room. Uniforms are provided after a certain employment period. Flexible shifts include: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM to 11:00 PM, 4-day work week), 3rd Shift (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), and initial training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM) for typically 3-5 weeks. At another site, shifts include training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM to 4:00 PM), for the 2nd Shift (2:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, 4-day work week).

This is a Contract position based out of North Kingstown, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
