Area Of Responsibility
  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories.
  • Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.
  • Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Required Skill and Experience Technical Expertise
  • Hands‑on experience in Documentum ECM (D2/Webtop/xCP/Product Suite).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Content repositories & metadata models
    • Document management workflows
    • Capture, classification, archival, retention
    • Integrations with CRM, ERP, SAP, or custom applications
  • Knowledge of cloud-hosted Documentum (OpenText) is a plus.
Program Management Skills
  • Demonstrated success managing multi‑year transformation programs.
  • Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Skill and Experience Technical & Functional Oversight
  • Oversee end‑to‑end Documentum architecture, integrations, and configurations.
  • Coordinate with technical leads on Documentum components, including:
    • Installation of Documentum X2
    • D2 / Webtop
    • xCP / BPM workflows
    • Documentum Content Server
    • Repository migration & metadata modeling
    • API‑based integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Ensure documentation, design artifacts, and deployment checklists are complete.
Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage third‑party implementation partners and contractors.
  • Track vendor deliverables, SLAs, and quality metrics.
  • Evaluate new tools or add‑ons such as Captiva, InfoArchive, Adobe integration, etc.
Process, Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure solution meets regulatory, audit, and information governance standards.
  • Drive SIT, UAT, training, and production cutover activities.
  • Establish best practices for content lifecycle management and change management.
Budgeting & Resource Planning
  • Manage program budget, contracts, and financial tracking.
  • Forecast and allocate internal/external resources efficiently.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
