Roles & Responsibilities
Documentum Developer with 10+ years of experience in design, development, migration and maintenance of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using OpenText Documentum. Their responsibilities include creating custom workflows, building integrations with other systems, Installation and configuration Documentum Content Server, D2 and ensuring document security, storage, and retrieval efficiency. This specialized IT role requires technical skills in Java/DFC programming and database management, as well as an understanding of business processes and requirements.
Key responsibilities
• Solution development: Design, develop, and implement Documentum-based applications to meet specific business needs.
• Workflow and automation: Create and customize workflows to automate business processes.
• Integration: Integrate Documentum solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Customization: Configure and customize the user interface and application components, such as Documentum D2 and WebTop.
• Performance optimization: Monitor and tune the system for performance, troubleshooting issues and optimizing efficiency.
• Security and compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Required skills and knowledge
• Documentum platform: Deep knowledge of the OpenText Documentum platform, including its various tools and components like Documentum Content Server, xPlore,and D2.
