As an opening manager at Culver’s you will be instrumental in ensuring each morning begins in a smooth, low stress and structured manor, helping to ensure the happiness of both our guests and our team members and keeping things running smoothly to begin the day. We are looking for managers who want to thrive in a positive, upbeat atmosphere where they have a hand in creating a great culture.

What you’ll do:

Arrive at the restaurant between 7:45 and 8am each morning to lead and coach our team of openers in completing their tasks in accordance with our opening standards and food safety guidelines.

Provide memorable guest service and hospitality

Help prepare and/or serve great food

Support great dining and meal experiences for our guests

Help, coach, and direct other team members in a unified workplace
