  • 6-10years of work experience, depending on the role.
  • Background in Robotics.
  • Creative thinking, strong problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to complete projects and learn the required skills with minimal guidance.
  • Solid understanding of statistical process control and basic statistical analysis used in a production setting.
  • Previous experience in individual project management.
  • 30% travel - Must be available with a 24-to-48-hour notice.



Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with robotic hardware design and end effector application development
  • Proficient in MCAD model creation (Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, OpenCV, and ML platforms such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience in engineering project management, PLM tools, and phase gate reviews
