We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI through advanced analytics and insights generation. What You'll Do Here:

  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic reports and insights, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and marketing optimization.
  • Conduct advanced analysis and modeling using both primary and secondary research methods to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations to support key business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize sophisticated dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools to enable leadership with real-time, actionable insights.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance, collaborating with technology, product, and data engineering teams to maintain data integrity and regulatory standards.

  • Manage and consolidate data from diverse sources, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality inputs for business analysis and strategic planning.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to provide thought leadership and shape future business strategies.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles. Marketing agency work experience preferred.
  • Experience with DSPs, Paid Media, and social media platforms preferred.
  • Experience in executing brand tracking and Brand Lift research preferred.
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platforms and BI tools such as Looker and Looker Studio preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
