Job Overview

We are seeking Russian Bilingual Experts to support a language and AI training project. In this role, you will evaluate Russian audio and language content, assess linguistic quality, and provide detailed feedback to help improve next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your language expertise is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to Russian audio clips and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality of the speaker or AI-generated output.
  • Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
  • Document evaluations through clear, concise written feedback in English.
  • Provide detailed justifications explaining the linguistic factors behind each evaluation.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
  • Provide expert insights to improve AI performance in Russian language understanding and generation.
  • Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within required timelines.
  • Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the evaluation process.
