DESCRIPTION:
Join our dedicated Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team where you'll contribute to safeguarding employees and assets worldwide. As a Security Specialist I, you'll utilize open-source intelligence and security tools to protect against potential incidents, including environmental events and safety concerns. Your daily responsibilities will include intelligence gathering and analysis, supporting video surveillance and access control systems, and managing security incidents. You'll help respond to security and technical support inquiries while ensuring continuous GSOC operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our company's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree required; intelligence, geopolitical, or security-related experience preferred
• GSOC environment experience or protective services background highly preferred
• Demonstrated skill in open-source intelligence gathering and analysis
• Strong knowledge of geopolitical and security risk assessment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear information delivery
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
• Analytical skills for evaluating security situations and procedures
• Proficiency with security communication protocols and tools
• Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical capability for occasional lifting and extended computer work
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Security Specialist I based in Massachusetts is $23.04–$30.72.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
