Job description

Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid model (two days onsite at our Charlotte, NC office and three days remote)

Reports to: Regional Director of Sales

Direct reports: None

Position Summary:

RHM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to build out team, function, and recruiting processes to take them to the next level. As they expect 200% growth over the next 2 years, this person will possess an entrepreneurial mindset. We need this person to roll up their sleeves for the first 12-18 months and will take on all open reqs while building out a regional recruiting strategy. Most open reqs are Sales Management Trainees (recruiters) whom obtain the contract staff for their clients. As the recruiting team grows, this person will become more strategic and recruit on senior-level corporate hiring. They will develop and lead campus recruiting initiatives while partnering with the HR Manager regarding onboarding and culture development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • +3 years’ progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Experience building out TA function and hiring recruiters
  • High volume sales industry, prefer staffing or 3PL
