Heat Treat Operator Assistant | $15/hr. | 6AM – 2:30 PM

Job Description
We are seeking dependable Heat Treat Operator Assistants to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Cleveland. In this role, you will assist experienced operators with preparing, loading, unloading, and processing metal components using industrial heat-treating equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning a skilled manufacturing trade and growing into a Heat Treat Operator position.
Responsibilities:
  • Rack and prepare metal parts for processing according to production requirements
  • Assist with loading and unloading furnaces, baths, quenches, and cleaning equipment
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions to ensure parts are processed correctly
  • Inspect finished parts and assist with hardness testing and quality checks
  • Enter production information into the order tracking system and maintain a clean, safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work the 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule consistently
