Job Title

Experience: 0-5 years of experience (Entry-level or junior position).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
  • Assist with order processing, inventory management, and materials logistics.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Learn and utilize relevant software and systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of shipping and delivery documents.
  • Help with quality control and compliance checks.

Certifications:

  • Certified Forklift Operations (required).

Additional Requirements:
