Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs at the client location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management. and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to coordinate across onsite and offshore teams to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.

Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, building strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders.

Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy.

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and delivery.

Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across the program lifecycle.

Ensure effective communication, including status reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates.

Project Manager Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery alignment.

Monitor program performance using metrics, KPis, and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices.

Support financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Drive client satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.

Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment.

Strong expertise in stakeholder management, cent handling, and delivery governance.

Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies effectively.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Salesforce / Digital Transformation programs is a plus.

PMP / PRINCE2/

Agile certifications preferred.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards.
