Business Systems Analyst

Interview: Virtual / should be prepared for onsite interview. Visa: Any except H1B Hybrid: Waukegan, IL (need local candidate) genuine with DL

Role: Team of three. Needs a strong BSA who will be performing data analysis at a given point and potentially meet with stakeholders to collect information that needs to be analyzed. This person needs to be the right-hand of the team on multiple projects and initiatives, analyzing data and conducting data validation, etc.

Required:
  • Must have strong Excel skills (analytics against the data, consolidating data, etc.)
  • Most important skill will be Excel. Excel knowledge: V-Lookups, filtering, set flags on data that's found, creating pivot tables, some formula against pivot tables.
  • SLC experience required. Targeting candidates who have gone through the full SLC will be highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
  • Cyber Security is highly preferred.
  • IT Manufacturing background is nice to have.
  • Regulatory compliance/GRC not very important. Cares more about analytical skills + cyber security experience. Would have mention of the frameworks.

Description: The BSA role with 5+ years of experience in IT and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Preferred Skills: Excel proficiency, testing strategy, Cybersecurity

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills to partner with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of operational technology in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to perform and streamline complex data analysis and extract actionable conclusions
  • Break down business problems by understanding their needs, and crafting impact assessments
  • Manage systems development lifecycle improvements by coordinating/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What Will Make an Impact:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts, and frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, etc.)
  • Seamless transition into existing ongoing projects including corporate business operations which support the projects
  • Assist with coordinating activities across delivery teams to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders during assessment of initiatives and ongoing projects
