OnPoint Industrial Services provides safety, rescue, occupational health, logistics, workforce support, and project services for industrial, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy projects across the United States.
We partner with owners, EPC firms, general contractors, manufacturers, and industrial facilities to help keep projects safe, productive, and on schedule.
The Opportunity
This is a true hunter role.
We are looking for a boots-on-the-ground Business Development Representative who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and generate new business within industrial and construction markets.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. The successful candidate will spend significant time in the field visiting jobsites, industrial facilities, contractor offices, manufacturing plants, and customer locations throughout Arizona
If you have experience in industrial services, construction, safety services, occupational health, logistics, manufacturing, or project-based services and enjoy developing new business through face-to-face relationships, we want to speak with you.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new business opportunities throughout Arizona and surrounding markets
  • Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits
  • Conduct jobsite visits, facility tours, customer meetings, and project walks
  • Build relationships with project managers, superintendents, safety managers, plant managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams
  • Identify upcoming projects, turnarounds, outages, maintenance work, and capital projects
  • Present OnPoint's service offerings and develop customer solutions
  • Collaborate with Operations and Recruiting teams to support project execution
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through consistent field activity and customer engagement

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of business development or outside sales experience
  • Experience within industrial, construction, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, logistics, safety services, or related industries
  • Proven ability to develop new business and create customer relationships
  • Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting customers and visiting jobsites
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
  • Experience using a CRM platform to manage opportunities and pipeline activity
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel
  • Must reside in Arizona or the surrounding market area
Existing relationships within Arizona's industrial and construction markets are highly valued.
