  • Support incident response activities by gathering logs, analyzing indicators of compromise, and assisting with containment and recovery efforts during security events.

Technical Support
  • Provide Tier II and Tier III support for workstation, server, application, and virtual meeting issues.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, networking, and software problems.
  • Create technical documentation and reference guides for IT staff to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and on-call rotations to support firm operations with minimal disruption to billable hours.

Network Administration (preferred experience)
  • Support multi-site network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and routing configurations.
  • Manage DNS, DHCP, VLAN segmentation, and IP address allocation to maintain a secure and scalable network environment.
  • Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues across on-premises and hybrid cloud systems.
  • Participate in office relocations and infrastructure changes through careful planning and execution to ensure network continuity.
  • Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and service providers to resolve network-level incidents and maintain up time.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience required.
  • Experience with MECM/SCCM imaging, deployment, and endpoint compliance or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Azure, and identity management.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
  • Strong experience with enterprise networking (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs). CCNP/CCNA preferred
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and security frameworks (NIST, ISO).
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments and legal-industry applications is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
