Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: Fulltime
Client: Federal
Criteria- Need ship because of federal regulations and the sensitive nature of the work involved. Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

  • 1+ year of administrative, project coordination, or documentation experience.
  • Strong meeting documentation, note-taking, and executive summary writing skills.
  • Experience preparing SOPs, user guides, FAQs, training, and project documentation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and document management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to organize meetings, track action items, manage document versions, and support project teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards and accessible document formatting is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong communication skills.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, or technology projects is a plus.
