Job description

Job Title: WelderJob Description

Join our fabrication shop specializing in custom conveyors, cranes, and material handling products. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks, with a focus on welding .045 Flux Core.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints for various welding and fabrication tasks.
  • Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks.
  • Weld using .045 Flux Core techniques.
  • Conduct Mig Welding, torch cutting, and structural welding.
  • Inspect welds and ensure they meet quality standards.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Mig Welding, torch cutting, and blueprint reading.
  • Experience in structural welding and fabrication.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Flux Core Welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of welding experience is preferred, but less experience will be considered.
  • Certification in welding is advantageous, or the ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
