Administrative Documentation Specialist - Intermediate
  • Individual shall perform work requiring the use of office automation tools, to include MS Office Professional Suite, Robo Help and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Individual shall have knowledge of applications software, ability to replicate procedures to determine the validity of user problems, evaluate system functionality, and resolve user problems or properly refer them for resolution.
  • Individual shall assist with collation of documents and reproduction support to include training/class materials.
  • Individual will be responsible for developing online user guidance and conducting QC testing.
  • Previous Programming Administration and Execution (PAX) Functional Services and Support (PAX) DD1391 Processor System experience is recommended; however, this person shall have, at a minimum, two years of experience evaluating and preparing technical documentation.
