The Online Student Re-Registration system will be designed allow parents to verify data exported from PowerSchool and make corrections, if needed, online. Correction data will be imported back into PowerSchool via a text import. The system will reside on the General ASP server and be maintained by General ASP.

Parent's Use Case:

  1. Go to district homepage and click on link "Online Student Re-Registration"
  2. Directed to General ASP's server with district logo and log-in screen
  3. Parent logs in
  4. Parent sees screen in Figure A. Message is: Please review the data we have on {Student Name} and if any corrections are needed, click "make changes" at the bottom of this page. Or, if no corrections are needed click "no corrections."
  5. Parent reviews all data as exported from PowerSchool.
