Key Responsibilities
- Licensing Management (approx. 40%) - Monitor, renew, and maintain state-specific contractor licenses. Research licensing requirements across multiple states using online state portals and other resources.

- COI & Bond Management (approx. 20%) - Request, track, and maintain Certificates of Insurance and bonds for subcontractors and vendors across active projects using client COI platforms. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and flag expirations proactively.
