Overview: We are hiring experienced Solar Sales Representatives for a full-cycle, sales role covering the Bronx and Brooklyn.This role is built for confident sales professionals who can generate their own leads, run in-home consultations, and close deals independently.With base pay plus uncapped commission, strong reps consistently earn $2,500-$4,000+ per week, with $160,000+ in first-year earning potential.At Mpower, you'll be part of a supportive, team-driven environment with hands-on mentorship, leadership support, and technology designed to help you move faster, generate proposals efficiently, and close more deals.

ResponsibilitiesCompensation:
  • $800 weekly base salary
  • $300 per KW commission
  • $50 per KW leadership override
  • $50 per KW vesting
  • $500 monthly vehicle stipend
  • Additional performance bonuses
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000+ annually plus vesting opportunities
What You'll Do:
  • Generate your own leads through direct outreach
  • Run in-home solar consultations
