Job Title: Studio Manager – beem® Light Sauna (Wellness Studio)

Reports To: Franchise Owner

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Studio Manager is a revenue‑focused leader responsible for driving sales growth,

lead generation, and brand visibility for a franchise studio of beem® Light Sauna. This

role owns the execution of sales strategy and marketing initiatives while ensuring the

studio is fully optimized to convert prospects into long‑term members.

While operational oversight and team leadership are key parts of the role, sales

performance, marketing execution, and revenue accountability are the top

priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated by goals, fluent in current marketing tactics,

confident in closing sales personally, and skilled at training teams to do the same.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (SALES & MARKETING PRIORITY) Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Own and consistently achieve studio sales targets across all revenue streams: memberships, packages, and retail
  • Personally generate sales through in‑studio, phone, online, and event‑based selling
  • Build, manage, and optimize the full sales funnel: lead capture, follow‑up, conversion, and retention
  • Train, coach, and hold Wellness Sales Associates accountable to sales processes, scripts, KPIs, and closing standards
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements
Marketing Execution & Lead Generation
  • Create and execute an ongoing, localized marketing plan focused on new client acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Drive organic and grassroots marketing initiatives including community outreach, in‑person networking, and local partnerships
  • Build and maintain B2B relationships that generate consistent referral traffic
  • Manage and execute digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and text campaigns
  • Track marketing performance and ROI, adjusting strategy as needed to maximize conversion and revenue
Retention & Client Experience
  • Implement proven retention strategies that increase usage, satisfaction, and lifetime value
  • Ensure a high‑quality client journey from first touchpoint through long‑term membership
  • Address client concerns with professionalism and solution‑oriented communication
TEAM & STUDIO MANAGEMENT
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, supervise, coach, and mentor all studio staff
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for sales and service standards
  • Maintain studio readiness including cleanliness, inventory, and facility needs
  • Manage studio budget, marketing spend, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the Studio Owner and beem® Corporate Sales & Marketing teams
  • Participate in studio, regional, and company‑wide meetings and trainings
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of salesdriven experience, preferable in fitness, wellness, or service‑based industries
  • Proven success in lead generation, follow‑up, and closing new business
  • Demonstrated experience executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable sales results
  • Strong B2B networking and partnership development experience
  • Ability to generate personal sales and train others to do the same
  • Comfort owning revenue targets and working in a performance‑based environment
