Job Description

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Associates to join our team! If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for cars and sales, we want to hear from you. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and feature explanations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to follow up with leads and manage customer interactions.
  • Present financing and leasing options, explaining pricing structures clearly.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to negotiate deals and finalize transactions.
  • Stay up to date with inventory, new arrivals, and industry trends.
  • Assist with vehicle merchandising, showroom setup, and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
