TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Hazel Crest, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: ED - Emergency Department
  • Discipline: RN
  • Start Date: 10/05/2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type: Travel

UNIT:  ER
Clinical Interviews - Manager for 2nd Interview

Experience Required: 3+ years minimum ER experience, 1 year w/ travel experience.

Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred

Patient Types: Neonates to geriatrics.  Minor trauma (MVAs), sepsis, COVID, STEMI, Stroke, DKA, mental health, resp issues (SOB), cardiac issues (r/o chest pain), neuro issues (AMS)

Skills required: Patient Ratios  Cardiac rhythm interpretation, strong IV skills, basic ED knowledge of drips and med administration, obtaining EKGs

Patient Ratios:
RN: 1:5; 5th patient will be low acuity needs minimal resources (happens during surge times)
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
