About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Haven of St. Elmo, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions and care plans
• Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensuring compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
• Responding to changes in resident conditions and providing clinical leadership during your shift

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
