Job description

TITLE: Manager, E-Retailer and Digital Marketing
REPORTING TO: Head of Brand Marketing 
FLSA: Exempt
LOCATED: New York, NY
OVERVIEW: The E-Retail and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the North America e-retail marketing strategy across key online retail partners including retailer.com businesses, Amazon, TiK Tok Shop, and digital commerce channels. This role drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, conversion and sales growth through strategic partnerships, digital activations, content optimization, sampling programs and performance marketing initiatives. The position also leads upper-funnel media strategy and awareness-building initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders and agency teams to drive qualified traffic, expand audience reach and strengthen brand equity across digital touchpoints.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative and retail partners the E-Retailer Digital Marketing Manager will ensure best-in-class online brand presence while identifying new opportunities to grow market share and customer engagement across the digital retail landscape.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage e-retail strategies across key online partners (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retailer.com businesses) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
  • Develop seasonal e-retailer marketing plans, identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversion across digital channels
  • Partner with the media agency to develop and manage upper-funnel media strategies supporting CreedBoutique.com
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for online retail partners, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, E-Commerce, and retailer teams on launches, campaigns, and commercial priorities
  • Lead digital execution of product launches across e-retail partners, ensuring timely deployment of assets, merchandising, and marketing support
  • Identify and execute digital opportunities, including homepage placements, email campaigns, retail media, social commerce, and content partnerships
  • Drive Amazon and TikTok Shop growth initiatives through content optimization, retail media, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement programs
  • Oversee brand presence across retailer websites and marketplaces, ensuring best-in-class merchandising, optimized content, imagery, video, and enhanced brand assets
  • Manage online sampling and discovery programs to support trial and new customer acquisition
  • Analyze campaign performance, retailer results, and customer insights to optimize investments, inform strategy, and deliver regular business reviews and recommendations to stakeholders

CORE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail marketing or e-tailer marketing 
  • Experience managing retailer.com businesses and digital commerce partnerships
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, content optimization, customer acquisition, and online conversion strategies.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and tech savvy. 
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written communication
