Marketing Internship Opportunity — Titan Brands Hospitality Group
Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site, with travel between venues)

Compensation: Hourly paid position + College Credit (eligible)

About Titan Brands Hospitality Group
Titan Brands Hospitality Group operates a diverse portfolio of dining and entertainment venues
across the Las Vegas Valley, including the iconic Hussong's Cantina locations (Las Vegas Strip,
Henderson, and Boca Park), Slice of Vegas, and the Grand Marquee Room. We're looking for a
motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to work directly alongside our Marketing Manager
and operations team and gain real, hands-on experience across every core discipline of
hospitality marketing.
Position Overview
This internship is designed for a student or early-career marketer who wants more than coffee
runs; you'll be embedded in the day-to-day marketing operations of a multi-venue hospitality
group, contributing to campaigns that go live across five distinct brands. You'll leave this
internship with a portfolio of real work, a well-rounded skill set, and direct mentorship from a
working Marketing Manager.
What You'll Gain Hands-On Experience In
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Support brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning across all five venues, each with
its own identity and target audience
- Help develop and maintain brand voice guidelines and competitive positioning within the Las
Vegas hospitality market
Activation Strategy & Promotions
- Help plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations across all locations
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and cross-venue promotional calendars
Social Media & Content Creation
- Film live, in-person content at venues, including events, promotions, food/drink features, and
behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut for Reels, TikTok, and Stories
- Assist in developing content concepts and shot lists tailored to each venue's brand voice
- Help maintain a consistent posting cadence and content library across all five locations
Traditional Marketing & Print Collateral
- Assist in designing and coordinating print materials such as menus, flyers, table tents, posters,
and signage
- Support production and distribution of promotional collateral across all venue locations
- Help ensure print materials stay consistent with brand guidelines across all five brands
Paid Media & Digital Advertising
- Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google
PPC
- Learn audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking
Email Marketing & Content Strategy
- Support email campaign build-out, segmentation, and scheduling
- Contribute to content calendars and social media direction across venue-specific channels
Reputation Management
- Monitor and help manage online reputation across Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Meta
- Draft review responses and help identify trends in guest feedback
Analytics & ROI-Driven Decision Making
- Learn to pull, organize, and interpret performance data across campaigns and platforms
- Assist in building reports that connect marketing spend to business outcomes
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day administrative marketing operations, including asset organization, vendor
coordination, and internal communications
- Assist with on-site content capture (photo/video) at venues and events as needed
- Help coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, events, culinary) to align marketing
efforts with venue needs
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform campaign planning
- Assist in maintaining brand asset libraries and marketing collateral across all five venues
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality
Management, or a related field
- Eligible to receive college credit for internship work (coordination with your program required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with, or eagerness to learn, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing
platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends; experience with CapCut or similar
short-form video editing tools a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in the hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant industry a plus
- Must be able to travel between Las Vegas Valley venue locations
