Logan Services is seeking an experienced Director of Plumbing Operations to lead our expanding residential plumbing and sewer & drain business. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, and team development across multiple markets. What You'll Lead
As the Director of Plumbing Operations, you'll oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of Logan Services' residential plumbing division across multiple markets.
Operations Leadership
  • Lead all residential plumbing service, installation, water heater, water quality, and sewer & drain operations
  • Oversee field operations, workforce planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that support continued growth
  • Drive operational excellence while maintaining exceptional customer service
Financial & Business Performance
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Plumbing Division
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, labor efficiency, and gross margin performance
  • Develop pricing strategies and operational initiatives that improve financial performance
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers, supervisors, and field leaders
  • Build leadership succession plans and career development pathways
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Lead performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives
Customer Experience
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through job completion
  • Reduce callbacks while improving customer satisfaction and online reputation
  • Partner with customer service, sales, and operations teams to deliver consistent service excellence
Strategic Growth
  • Develop and execute one-year and three-year strategic growth plans
  • Expand market share across existing and new service areas

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential plumbing operations
  • Proven success leading plumbing managers, supervisors, and field service teams
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar business operations with full P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue while improving profitability
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development experience
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining a positive company culture
