Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing - Provider

Zocdoc

New York, NY • On-site

Full-time

Posted 16 days ago

Job description

Our Mission
Healthcare should work for patients, but it doesn't. In their time of need, they call down outdated insurance directories. Then wait on hold. Then wait weeks for the privilege of a visit. Then wait in a room solely designed for waiting. Then wait for a surprise bill. In any other consumer industry, the companies delivering such a poor customer experience would not survive. But in healthcare, patients lack market power. Which means they are expected to accept the unacceptable.
Zocdoc's mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. In doing so, we can make healthcare work like every other consumer sector, where businesses compete for customers, not the other way around. In time, this will drive quality up and prices down.
We're 18 years old and the leader in our space, but we are still just getting started. If you like solving important, complex problems alongside deeply thoughtful, driven, and collaborative teammates, read on.
Your Impact on Our Mission
Zocdoc's Senior Manager, Integrated Provider Marketing is the steward of the Zocdoc brand for provider and business audiences. Their mission is to grow awareness, affinity, and trust among the doctors and practices who power Zocdoc, ensuring they see Zocdoc as an essential, trusted partner in their growth and success.
Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, reputation, and creative execution, this role shapes how Zocdoc shows up to providers across every touchpoint. You'll lead integrated brand programs, creative campaigns, storytelling, and community engagement that strengthen provider perception, enhance our reputation, and ensure our messaging is consistent, compelling, and human.
Partnering closely with Provider Acquisition, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative, Legal, Service & Trust & Safety, Sales, and Communications, you'll create programs and experiences that deepen provider loyalty and reinforce the value of partnering with Zocdoc. Your work will help ensure our brand reflects the humanity of healthcare-making Zocdoc not just a platform providers use, but a brand they trust, believe in, and want to be part of.
Your day to day is...
  • Lead Zocdoc's provider brand strategy, building awareness, affinity, trust, and preference among current and prospective providers
  • Develop and implement provider marketing programs, including integrated campaigns, partnerships, and thought-leadership opportunities, that strengthen our reputation and deepen connection with providers
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns that elevate the Zocdoc provider brand across channels
  • Own and evolve Zocdoc's foundational brand systems, including brand health tracking and analysis
  • Manage online reputation and community engagement for provider and business audiences, including how Zocdoc participates in conversations about healthcare innovation, practice growth, patient experience, and Zocdoc product experience and value
  • Define and drive our provider advocate program, leveraging our greatest champions as advocates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Brand, Provider Acquisition, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative, and Legal to ensure campaigns, messaging, and creative are aligned, accurate, and compliant
  • Empower internal and external partners to be stewards of the Zocdoc brand, driving consistency and excellence across all provider-facing touchpoints and materials

You'll enjoy this role if you are...
  • A strategic marketer who can connect brand efforts to business goals
  • A creative thinker who brings distinctive ideas, programs, and strategies to the table
  • A cross-functional leader who can translate ideas into integrated, full-funnel campaigns
  • A results-oriented maker who likes to get hands-on, writing briefs, doing the work, bringing ideas to life that move the needle
  • Analytical, using data and insights to measure and continually improve brand performance

You'll be successful in this role if you have...
  • 8-10 years of experience leading integrated marketing for world-class tech brands. Marketplace experience where the supply side is a professional industry is a plus
  • Proven track record in creative strategy, and integrated campaign development for professional audiences
  • Experience building or evolving brand frameworks and measuring brand health; connecting programs back to the business
  • Experience developing and executing an organic social strategy and online community engagement for professional audiences

Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
