Blue Harbor Web Services is hiring a Remote Web Design Sales Representative to speak with business owners, follow up with interested leads, and help close web design projects.
This role is best for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, fast with follow-up, and comfortable communicating with small business owners in the United States and Canada.
You do not need to be a web developer. We provide the sales process, scripts, CRM, and guidance. Your main responsibility is to communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and help move interested prospects through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound and interested leads
- Speak with business owners about their website needs
- Explain our web design services clearly and professionally
- Book calls, send follow-ups, and help move prospects through the sales process
- Keep notes updated in our CRM
- Communicate with the team daily on lead status and next steps
- Follow our scripts, sales process, and company SOPs
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone, email, and video call
- Sales, appointment setting, customer service, or phone experience preferred
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet work environment
- Organized, responsive, and able to follow instructions carefully
- Comfortable using email, CRM tools, and video calls
- Available during North American business hours
- Motivated, professional, and growth-minded
Compensation
This is a remote contract role with hourly pay plus performance-based commission. Final compensation depends on experience, schedule, and results.
