We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling & Reservations Specialist to support client coordination and reservation management in a remote environment. This role focuses on assisting with scheduling requests, maintaining accurate reservation records, and delivering a positive client experience through clear communication and follow-up.
This is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven role.

Coordinate and manage client scheduling and reservation requests
Assist with booking updates, modifications, and confirmations
Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
