Role Overview
Looking for a role where you can work from home, set your own schedule, and help others plan incredible experiences? We're currently growing our team and hiring Remote Reservation Specialists to assist clients with booking and organizing travel.
In this role, you'll guide clients through their travel options, handle reservations, and make sure every detail is accurate and stress-free. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working independently-this could be a great fit.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning and organizing personalized travel experiences
  • Research and compare travel options to find the best fit for each client
  • Coordinate and confirm reservations using approved booking platforms
  • Provide clear, helpful recommendations based on client preferences and budget
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Handle updates, changes, and service requests quickly and professionally
  • Keep client information, itineraries, and booking details accurate and organized
  • Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities
