• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address both short and long-term mental health goals.

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples navigating relationship challenges. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of Vermont.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with excellent organizational capabilities, allowing for effective management of client caseloads.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
