This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to design your own schedule, whether you choose to work full-time or part-time. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, focusing on individual needs and personal experiences.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific goals and challenges, involving them in the planning process to foster commitment and collaboration.

• Provide individual therapy to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening partnerships through effective therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and collaborating with colleagues to deliver cohesive, integrated care.

• Prepare for and manage crisis situations, delivering immediate support to clients facing acute distress or emergencies.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in family therapy practices, making ongoing professional development a priority.

• Champion clients’ rights and advocate for their needs, ensuring they are empowered to make informed choices about their treatment journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the appropriate state board is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience providing individual therapy or couples therapy is essential, showcasing your ability to work effectively with different demographics.

• Demonstrated expertise in completing client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently and accurately.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with adaptability to learn new electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic context.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote counseling techniques will be considered an advantage.
